Cordelia was responsible for all logistics including transport and airport transfers for 650 pax, a sight-seeing programme of 21 tours over three days for partners and spouses, dine-arounds (650 people split between 14 restaurants on one evening) and the on-site logistics office and team

Pfizer

• Four-day healthcare conference in Barcelona for 500 doctors (plus social programme for their wives) and 50 speakers. Cordelia joined the conference-organising team for six weeks prior to the event and on site for the conference

Reuters Group plc

• A series of internal conferences in Beijing, Lisbon and London for Reuters’ Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, plus global senior management team
