Cordelia is a conference and corporate events organiser specialising in logistics for internal conferences and meetings, road shows, seminars, workshops and other corporate events.  She works for global businesses in the UK and abroad, in a broad range of industry sectors.

Her logistics and communications service comprises:

  • Venue search
  • Liaising with suppliers for all requirements (accommodation, food and beverage, meeting space etc)
  • Managing the invitation process and attendee registration
  • Speaker liaison
  • Meeting scheduling
  • All ground programme transport, including airport transfers
  • Overseeing design work of all printed event collateral (welcome packs, signage, programmes, menus, brochures/guides etc)
  • Organising spouse and social programmes
  • Running on-site office during the conference/event
  • Budgets and costings
  • Acting as attendees’ first point of contact for all queries pre-event and on-site
  • Establishing and updating internet/intranet site to communicate with attendees
  • Collating event evaluation feedback from attendees
